Account Compromised

My account has been compromised and my password has been reset. The email attached to this has also been taken over. How do I close the account if I don't have the password? please help

If your account has been hacked and the login email on your account has also been compromised or changed by the hacker, you may send Facebook information about the account so Facebook can look into the issue and possibly restore access. Click here to submit your report.
