I Am Not Able To Open My Account.....after Entering The Email Id And Password.

the facebook is asking the to verify my account by security...firstly it is asking to verify some code ,,,ihave answed the correct answer,,,,, secondly it is asking to verify my one friend amoung five friend given in it by some photo tag in their account.... i have also answered the correct answer but it is not opening so plez help me to recover my account
