i lost my facebook password and the email passsword also same.and i deactivated the account so i cant contact friends for help what should i do

If you're having trouble logging into your account:

Make sure that when you reset your login information, request a password reset, that you check all your mailbox folders (spam, trash, inbox, etc), as the reset e-mail may arrive in one of those.
