Bought The 169h But It Was Missing The Wand. In The Box Was The Handle No Wand

Call Eureka Customer Service Department at 1-800-282-2886 (8 a.m. - 7:30 CST Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. CST Saturday-Sunday). Tell them you are missing a part & they will send a replacement.
