Epson Xp-810 Won't Turn On

My Epson XP-810 Small-in-One printer will no longer turn on. I suspect it has a blown fuse somewhere in it. But I can't figure out how to open it up to look for a fuse since I can't find a service manual for it and the way it is put together is so interlocked that simple screw removals don't result in parts actually being removable.

The lamp is past its life span and you need to buy a new one. The projector is shutting down to prevent possible damage.
