Firmware

while updating the firmware for my workforce 7010 it was interrupted by windows 10 and did not complete the download. Now all the lights are flashing and the printer dose not work is there any thing I can do other than buying a new printer

Unfortunately no. Updating the firmware can be very dangerous because if it fails, your device will be bricked. If it's not under warranty, you'll have to purchase a new printer.
