Fax And 'phone Lines On Workforce 435
Before installing the 435 I had a fax on one telephone number and another number on my land line. It was easy to identify because of the duet line. Now when the telephone rings and is answered all I get is the fax scream WHY and how to fix it please.

Do you have two lines now or did you cancel one ?
If you hear a fax on the line that is supposed to be your voice line, you've got it on the wrong line. If you've cancelled one line and are sharing a line, the machine needs to detect the incoming fax.
If you have distinctive ring ( some carriers call it other names like dual ring, dual line, etc.) you can set the numbers to have different ringing sound on your phone, so you know when not to pick it up ( when the fax is coming through) .
You need to give a little more info to help us help you.
