The Printer Wont Recognize A New Ink Cartridge.

If it is a genuine cartridge then check all the tabs have been removed. Try re-inserting the cartridge. If it is a recycled then perserverance is necessary to make the printer recognise it. Epson does not like users using non Epson cartridges as you can imagine.This is a link to Epson for your device and there could be solution in the FAQs.
