Change Paper Type From Photo To Plain
I scanned a photo and now cannot change photo paper to plain paper.. the preference button does not have any way of going from photo to plain. Any suggestions

Usually resetting the printer back to defaults should resolve any problems. All the information about your printer can be found by accessing the attached link.

The first step is to reset the factory defaults but that alone for some reason does not resolve this problem although it seems to change back most other settings.
Then you have to turn it off, wait a few seconds and turn it back on again. At that point the ability to change paper settings magically re-appears and it is set to plain paper.
