Black Colour Shows Red Cross

the black ink tank is fully refilled but it is not asking for ink code registrer. when I open the ink level page it still shows empty with red cross I try to open how to button but there is no page opening

Hi, it is not enough to refill the cartridge you must reset it as well. Epson cartridges has chips that works as a sensors. However ever it is not easy if to do so. I have searched the net before for a software to do that but I only get this one which does not work. But you can search further may be there is a new one.
