Epson Powerlite 6100 Picture Issue

I have a powerlite 6100 that was displaying a dark band across the bottom of the screen, and the bulb replacement light was flashing so I assumed it was just needing a new bulb. I replaced the bulb, the light is still flashing, and there is still a dark band on the bottom of the screen.What could the issue be?
