How Do I Switch Source Between Camera And Computer?

I have the lop top cable running to the VGA in port. Then a VGA cable running from the VGA out to the Computer 1 in port on the projector. I am unable to switch source between laptop and document camera. I can get the laptop to project by pressing FN +F10 on the laptop.
