Paper Jam Problem
Artisan 710. I had a paper jam and then cleared the paper and it is still saying paper jam and to turn it off then on again. when I do that it comes on and the black cartridge thing moves across and then makes a loud noise like something is on the track but I don't see anything. It won't let me go to any control buttons.
