Good Afternoon Mspaulus,

I understand your dehumidifier, model# LAD504TDL, is running but not collecting water. First, make sure that there is at least 12 inches of clearance space, around your appliance, for ventilation. Secondly, make sure the filter is clean. You will clean the filter by, taking the bucket out, pull down on the filter, wash and dry the filter with clean water. Lastly, make sure the temperature is between 41 degrees F and 96 degrees F. This is the optimal temperature range for your dehumidifier to run at its best. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
