Ewdw6505gso Is Noisy And Doesn't Clean Top Shelf

Our Electrolux EWDW6505GSO is very noisy from when new and now nothing on the top shelf gets cleaned. Any suggestions?

Good afternoon mrh45135, thank you for the post!

Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux dishwasher, EWDW6505GS0, is noisy and the top rack is not cleaning. For the noise issue inside your appliance you could be experiencing a problem with your drain pump or the motor. With the appliance not cleaning on the top rack, I would advise removing the spray arms and cleaning them to assure no debris is blocking water from exiting the spray arms. I would contact a technician to come out to the home to diagnose and repair the dishwasher for the noise issue and if you continue to experience the top rack not being clean.
