Electrolux Dishwasher Eidw 6105 Gs1a Drain Valve Light On.
My dishwasher quit working and after a while, I found the light for the drain valve was on. I purchased a drain valve and installed. To my amazement the drain valve light is still on. I am thinking it is one of the circuit boards but I would like to know how to determine if it is the top one or the bottom one at the floor. they are both 110 + dollars so I would like to only purchase on. The dishwasher will not start at all, I shut off the power turn it back on set the wash cycle close the door and after a minute or so all light will start flashing on top of door. then the drain valve light will turn on on the bottom control circuit board. Any help determining the cause of this problem would be greatly appreciated.
