Why Does The Upper Oven Take So Long To Heat Up Out Of Preheating?

Hello! How long is it taking to preheat? The model EW30GF65G should take no more that 20-25 minutes to reach approximately 350. Have you notice in any other changes in your appliances performance? Also, have you experienced any power outages in your home? If I can help further, reply to your post.
