Hello keavan, thank you for allowing me to assist you!

I see that your Electrolux washer isn’t filling up with cold water. First, double-check that your hoses are not reversed. When set to hot or cold, depending on the temperature of the incoming water, your washer may mix hot and cold water to reach the desired temperature. If they are correctly connected, it could potentially mean a number of things: a pressure sensor issue, defective wiring, water valve assembly problem and/or control board issue. I would strongly recommend connecting with an expert technician to assist further.
