Good Morning rmccoy0955, I am happy to assist you!

If you are receiving an error code E13 on your Electrolux washer, here are a few troubleshooting tips that may help you get to the root cause:

First, be sure that your tub is not overloaded. Sometimes when overfilled, water can and will slosh outside of your washer.

If the tub is not overfilled, check your hoses and other connections. Like most laundry appliance, there is always some vibration associated with the functionality of the machine. As the appliance is used over time, hoses and other connections can loosen and begin to leak. Be sure to secure any loose connections.

If the above items did not assist you in resolving the issue, it could be a number of other underlying causes – primarily an electronic pressure sensor, switch or your washer’s main control board. These parts are commonly replaced by experienced service technicians.

Best regards! - Chris
