Does This Washer Have A Belt

I neglected, lack of knowledge on my part, to remove the shipping bolts on my washer. Clothes smelled like burnt rubber so I am assuming I smoked a belt and it broke. I can hear the motor running but the drum isn't turning. I hope it's a belt. ??.
