The Machine Is Not Getting Hot And All The Crockery Is Wet When I Open It

Make sure the heated dry and heated water cycles are selected. If the water is not getting hot, try to run hot water from your sink tap for a few minutes, then start the dishwasher. If that does not help, contact a professional service repairman to diagnose the heating element.
