Trouble Shoot Help

Can any expert help me to trouble shoot Electrolux safe wash hood type dish washing problem,the machine not working( hood not opening closing automaticaly..we replaced main pcb still the same

First, do you notice any error codes on the display? Have you reset the unit at the household circuit breaker for at least 30 minutes? These new units need more cool down time when unplugged to restart.
