My Dishes Are Not Drying, What Is The Problem

If I may suggest making sure the air dry is not turned on.

The Heat Dry Option will automatically do heat w/ that option off if the light is on for air dry it will only use the air to dry.

Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.

Otherwise, you may need to have a service professional diagnose your unit's heater to make sure it is not faulty.
