Electrolux Refrigeration Drawers Ei24rd65hs Keypad Jammed

My electrolux refrigeration drawers just went to "off" and I cannot put them back "on" nor do anything with the IQ Touch control panel. Tried to unplug and plug again after more than an hour; nothing changed.

Hello – From what you have described I recommend contacting a professional to diagnose the unit accurately. It sounds like there is possibly a miscommunication with the LED power board and main control board not responding.
