Refrigerator Alarm
After a power failure the alarm on our Electrolux IQ Touch Refrigerator will not shut off - we have tried pushing the mute sounds button but the alarm continues to sound - the freezer temperature controls also will not respond - we have tried turning the breaker on & off but to no avail - we can't leave the refrigerator off all night until we can get through to the service line but the sound is horrible - the unit is only 3 years old

Hello foxton – Sounds like there could possibly be an issue with the control board since you have tried to reset the unit and unfortunately the alarm continues to go off. I recommend contacting a professional technician so they can provide you an accurate diagnose and repair your refrigerator.
