Backsplash

Can the 6" backsplash be removed? If so, does it appear finished or is it incomplete looking? I do not want to interrupt my wall backsplash design. I want the look of a cooktop.

Good Afternoon Abcfam5,

I understand you want to know if the 6 inch backsplash can be removed on your Electrolux Icon range, model# E36DF76GPS. I also see that you want the look of a cooktop. You are able to take the backsplash off and install the island trim kit, part# 903103-9100. This will keep your appliance looking like a cooktop. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
