Ram Malfunction

nothing happens when i push start and close the door. brand new unit. power to unit ok.

Hello – Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes. Restart dishwasher and confirm that the water supply is turn on. Also make sure that the delay start option has not been selected and that the door is latched completely. If it proves to be ineffective and since the unit was recently purchased, I strongly suggest contacting the manufacturer directly for a listing of certified technicians that can assist you accurately.
