Eharmony Does Not List A Way To Contact Them On Their Website. Help!
Unable to access my messages. Just finished paying the 3d installment of $55 for a whole year's membership but when I try to read messages, it says I need to upgrade my account! There is no way listed on the website to reach them by email or phone. My next stop is the BBB

Sorry for your problems. I can find no current contact information for eHarmony--what's on the Web is not now in effect. You may want to complain to the Los Angeles County Dept. of Consumer and Business Affairs (where eHarmony is supposed to be located)--see http://dcba.lacounty.gov/wps/portal/dca/main/home/page/contactus/. Also, consider a complaint site like https://www.gripeo.com/ or http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, each of which is designed to get action from the offending companies. Good luck!
