Totally Frustrated
I contacted eharmony about three weeks ago and told them that I frogot my password and that Ineeded help getting back on the site, they told me what I had to do and I followed the instructions to the letter I enterd the new password and the site siad passwrod invalid, I contacted the help line again and explained and was disconnected. In order for me to terminate my account I have to loga on to acces my account but I cannot get a valid password so I can get on to cancel my account, because I am so frustrated with this crap Please just cancel my account and send me verification that it is cancaelled.
