Slow Rxv With Ac Motor And 14 Inch Wheels

I have a 2011 ez-go with ac motor, 4 1275 Trojan batteries and 14 inch wheels. My top speed is limited to 15 mph. I would like to go at least 20 mph while passing on road. What can you suggest>
