Power Head Turns Off Frequently
Power head turns off while vacuuming very frequently

the hose swivel is contaminated and must be cleaned, take it apart and examine the slip rings under 10X, you will see minute black specs or black areas , these are non conductive and must be cleaned, use scotchbright or another mild abrasive to clean the rings completely. once clean, reassemble and as the hose rotates, the power head must stay running, if it still drops off line, dis-assemble, inspect, clean and reassemble.
