Closed Caption
The closed caption will not turn off when I connect HDMI

You should be able to toggle through closed caption options by pressing CCD on your Insignia remote control one or more times. You can also disable captions via the on screen Menu under Setup, then Closed Captions, then CC Mode. Remember: captions can also be controlled through your connected HDMI devices (e.g., disk player, set top box, etc.), so you may need to adjust those settings as well. If needed, you may find a copy of your TV User Manual, which includes full details on the closed caption feature, via http://www.dynexproducts.com/products/televisions/DX-LCD32-09.html?supportTab=open.
