Changing Payment Credit Card? Compare Current Plan With Dropbox For Business?

My credit card that is set for automatic renewal on March 27, 2015 for drop box and that credit card is no longer valid and I would like to speak to a Dropbox representative about the different plans and rate -comparing what I have now with Dropbox for Business. I have left voice mail messages and e-mails and I have not received any responses. I don't know what to do and I'm worried that I will lose all of my work related information on my senior clients, mom & dad's & my medical information and 1000s of photos. WHAT DO I DO? I CAN BE CONTACTED BY E-MAIL at:which is better than my work related e-mail which I am having problems with. or by phone at (I would appreciate anything that you can do to help.
