Vehicle Information Center Fuel Economy

When viewing the fuel economy section of the Electronic Vehicle Information Center on my Dodge Durango, at the bottom of the display, underneath the sliding instantaneous average indicator, is a number of miles, followed by the word "RUN". This is NOT the DTE indicator, it is inaddition to it. What does that indicate?
