2011 Charger Rt Max Won't Start

acc / fcw unavailable vehicle system error displays on small screen car won't turn on.. The car does have power it locks windows go up a d down but the car won't start.. does any one know if there a way to reset the codes I've had a front minor collision and the car won't start
