Electronic Throttle Control Light Came On Before Car Stopped. Now The Car Wont S

Electronic throttle control light came on before car stopped. Now the car wont start. The ignition and starter turns. when i take my hands of the keys in the ignition, the ignition and starter keeps on turning (engaged).
