My Receiver Turns On And Off 4 Times Before Coming On For Good.

It sounds like there may not be enough power getting into the receiver. If the receiver is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, please try bypassing that and plugging directly into an outlet. You can also try a different outlet and see if anything changes.

If the problem continues, a replacement will be needed. I can definitely look into getting that sent out if you would like. Let me know if you need any other assistance.
