I am watching tv but have no picture on the tv. I do have sound.

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a video issue with your DISH picture. Can you please go to the DISH receiver and unplug it from the power outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in? It will reset the receiver and should restore your video. If you are still having any problems, please email me directly. Thank you!
