Hi there Papim! My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is a pleasure to help you today.

The following steps will walk you through the process of addressing the remote to your Hopper.
• Please press and release the System Info button on the front panel of the receiver.
• Then press and release the SAT button. The SAT mode button should then light up with a series of beeps.
• Please verify the remote is now working by pressing the "Cancel" button.
