Why Do I Not Get The Hallmark Channel?

Whenever i punch in the numbers for the hallmark channel a message comes up on the screen to unplug the reciever for 10 secs then plug it back up. suppossedly that is suppoed to fix it in about 10 minutes. I this true?

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with the Hallmark channel and I would like to assist you. Unplugging the receiver for 10 seconds is known as a hard reset and it can resolve minor issues with the receiver and signal. If the reset did not resolve your issue, it does mean that something else is occurring in your installation.
