My Service Freezes Up Every Few Mins, A Message Comes Up Saying Dish Knows But W

Very often my picture freezes up, message says Dish knows there is a problem. When will this be fixed? As its very annoying. The message in the upper right hand corner is 015a

The most likely problem is network trouble or your satellite isn't properly aligned.
