I Have A ' Dual' Receiver And Have A Signal ( Reception) On Only One Connection

I can watch on one T.V. set - but the other set says "partial signal loss" part of the time and " complete signal loss" the rest of the time. Maybe I should be grateful that I at least has some reception but I would like to restore full service.

I had the same exact problem less than a month ago. The dual receiver needs to be replaced by DISH. One of the cable ports has a bad wire and cannot receive the signal. Had receiver replaced and have had no problems since.

Hi, this is a temporary fix till DISH Network gets the 129 satellite restored. Please select Menu 8-1, in preference select HD & SD for the program guide. Then exit out and when pulling up the guide, select an SD channel and you will have access to SD channels. The 129 satellite is primarily an HD satellite. We are working to get this satellite fixed ASAP but you will have access to SD channels in the meantime. Thank you!

The Dish satellite 129 which sends your HD signal is off line. We have one HD connected TV, and 2 that are not. The 2 that are not HD are working fine. They are trying to fix this.
