Why Does My Dish Reciever Wont Turn On

Try turning on at the receiver, if that doesn't help you can try unplugging the receiver from the electrical outlet and restarting it. If that does not work, another possibility might be that the wall outlet is bad or the circuit breaker has tripped. Try plugging in the receiver into a different outlet.
