Why Does My Dish Network Dvr Keep Freezing

Hi there grlnghi, my name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is my pleasure to assist you today. What model of receiver do you have? When did the issue begin? Have you tried resetting the receiver by unplugging it from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds? If not, please unplug the receiver from the wall outlet for 10 secs, plug it back in, allow it to power back on by itself, allow it to acquire signal and download the guide.
