Dvr Skips And Stalls When Playing Back

When playing back recordings, the dvr skips and stalls. It has been getting worse. What can I do?

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your DISH DVR. You can try and unplug the receiver from the power supply for 10 seconds and then allow the receiver to reboot. If the issue persists, you will need to contact DISH and we will need to replace the unit. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please email me directly. Thank you!
