Dish Remote Wont Stay On Tv Mode

Hi there harcribcr , my name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is my pleasure to assist you. Is your remote not working to change the volume or power on/off your tv? If this is the case, does the clear TV button (located at the top of the remote) light up when you press volume up/down? Does the clear Tv button light up when pressed directly? = If it does, please take out the batteries and place them back into the remote and try again. If the issue persists but TV button is lighting up readress the remote to the TV.

I have listed the steps below to assist with programming the remote to your TV. If issue persists please let me know at: [email protected]!

1.) Press and hold the clear TV button until all mode lights light up.
2.) Release and TV light will be blinking.
3.) Enter code and press #. The TV button should flash 3 times.
4.) Try functions (Volume, Power, etc..) and see if it is working.
5.) If no function, repeat steps 1-4 with another code.
