Hi there adaPZABO, my name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is my pleasure to help you today. If your receiver keeps powering on and off please unplug it from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds. If the receiver is currently connected into a surge protector please by pass the surge protector and connect it directly to the wall. Allow the receiver to power on by itself, acquire signal and download the guide. After performing this step if the receiver continues to power off please reach me at: [email protected] for further assistance.
