Dish Network Remote Is Changing The Tv Channel When I Push The Volume Button

Hi there sgtcojustin! My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is my pleasure to assist you. Is your remote on SAT mode? When trying to change channels what button lights up at the top in green? If it is not the SAT button please press the SAT button once and try changing channels again. If issue persists remove the batteries from the remote and put them back in, press the SAT button once again and try changing your channels. If issue persists please reach me at: [email protected]
