Hi there bob14toto11, my name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is a pleasure to help you. Have you tried resetting the receiver by unplugging it from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds? If not, please unplug the receiver from the electrical outlet, plug it back in, allow it to acquire signal and download the guide. Also, make sure that all the connections coming from outside into the back of the receiver are hand tight. If the issue persists please contact me at: [email protected]
