Why Is One Of My Channels On Tv Not Working No Signal

Hi there bukco, My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. Is the problem you are experiencing only happening with one channel? If so, reset the receiver by unplugging it from the wall outlet for 10 seconds, when plugging it back in allow the receiver to power back on by itself, acquire signal and download the guide.
